Rory McIlroy at age of 9!

Thirteen years ago, 9-year-old Rory traveled from his hometown of Holywood, Northern Ireland to Florida and won the World Junior Tournament in the under-10 division. His accomplishment landed him on “The Kelly Show” on Irish TV. It's amazing how potential talent was identified & nurtured at such a young age. Is this outlook held within specific developed communities or is it shared by citizens of developing countries as well?
