Despite challenging freezing conditions, Harjai outperformed South African Jordan Botha, who scored 213. This achievement holds a special significance for Harjai as he dedicated his title win to his late grandparents, Milkha Singh and Nirmal Singh, who tragically passed away in 2021 due to Covid complications.

Harjai's training takes place at the prestigious Chandigarh Golf Club. His mother, Kudrat, expressed immense joy and pride in her teenage son's remarkable victory, highlighting his close bond with his grandparents and their influence on his golfing journey.

Indians have portrayed their performance under many categories. In boys 7 & under category, India's Nihal Cheema (1-under) secured second place standing two strokes behind Sean Wilding from Thailand (3-under).

Under boys 9 category, India's Adit Veeramachaneni from Bangalore stood 4th who carded three-over .
