Golf titan Tiger Woods was reduced to tears as he was given an emotional farewell at St Andrews on the 18th hole in the 150th Open Championship at Scotland. After his dismal performance at the illustrious 150th Open and with his stint with a bagful of injuries, speculations are rife that the legend might soon bid adieu to professional Golf.

Tiger Woods once again laid any retirement rumours to rest after he was spotted playing golf in Spain. The sporting legend endured a campaign to forget at the 150th edition of The Open, as he failed to make the cut.
But he was all smiles as he enjoyed a holiday in Spain and his trusty golf clubs were not too far behind. The American was photographed exiting a car as he appeared to arrive at a golf course.

An emotional Woods denied rumours of retirement after his early exit but insisted he had "nothing planned" when asked about his future schedule, although his caddie believes the 15-time major champion may still tee it up in a tournament before the end of the year.
Tiger Woods' caddie Joe LaCava is hoping that the former world No 1 will be able to tee it up in "three or four tournaments" before his return to The Masters next April.
