Phil Mickelson has courting a lot of controversies over his partcipation in LIV GOLF

The case has been filed with the US District court for the Northern District of California.Phil Mickelson, Bryson DeChambeau, Ian Poulter and Talor Gooch along with other golfers asserted the malicious intentions of PGA Tours in their filings. The golfers claimed that it is a strategic tactic of PGA tour to throttle the inflow of professional golfers, thus sabotaging LIV’s caliber to participate with the tour.

At the moment, Golfers are strongly demanding their suspensions to be lifted with immediate effect. Additionally, they have also called out the PGA Tour for monetary implications. Three of the complaintaints - Matt johns, Gooch and Hudson Swafford are beseeching for a temporary restraining order against the tour for letting them to play in the FED X cup playoffs which is about to start in the next week.

“These suspended players – who are now Saudi Golf League employees – have walked away from the TOUR and now want back in,” PGA Tour Commissioner Jay Monahan wrote Wednesday in a memo to members. “To allow reentry into our events compromises the TOUR and the competition, to the detriment of our organization, our players, our partners and our fans.”

Big Golf titans like MC DJ BK have initiated this legal battle. With PGA Tours, these legends will be incompetent to compete at this year’s President club where Love III supposed to act as a US Captain.
