Patrick Reed ends up in a Golf rule dispute before lifting the title at the ‘Farmer’s Insurance Open'. This whole controversy revolves around what was shown on the TV cameras and what the volunteer said. Although it was clearly seen on the TV that the ball bounced, the lady volunteer clearly said 'I didn't see it bounce'.
