WACKY: Greatest par turned into a double bogey and a penalty?

The game of Golf is indeed wacky. At least that's what South African golfer Dylan Frittelli would staunchly believe now. What he thought could have been his greatest par of his life amusingly and brutally turned into his greatest double bogey.  

For the uninitiated, in a bizarre rule of Golf, he was assessed a 2-stroke penalty for two-stroke penalty on No. 6 under Rule 10.1c (making stroke while standing across or on line of play). Armed with mixed emotions, the pro golfer was amused and saddened by the wacky penalty. 

So, what's your take on the penalty?

    hmm... The rule 10.1c does state it correctly. The penalty is correct. guess his caddy should have warned hum too.
