Diksha Dagar, an Indian golfer scheduled to represent her nation at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, was involved in a car accident on July 30, 2024 while returning home from India House after attending an event there. Although this accident was serious in nature, Diksha managed to walk away unscathed despite serious injury sustained by both herself and her mother; who were hospitalized following their involvement.

Diksha Dagar was traveling with her family, including Col Naren Dagar as her caddie as well as mother and brother when their car was hit by another vehicle, luckily immediate medical treatment was given to Diksha's mother, None of Diksha or any of her family suffered severe injuries fortunately.
