i scored a 15 in the last quiz and u guys declared someone else a winner who scored a 12. according to your rules a winner can compete after a gap of one month. in case of a tie u have the descretion of deciding the winner. it's been two months since i last won and there was no tie . so what happened ? if u have some different set of rules then please display them properly so that past winners don't waste their time on this.
