Tell us something about you : I love challenges whether its on course or off course. My passion is to build brands/business and have been instrumental in growing brands such as Nikon and Callaway in India from scratch. I love sports, enjoy traveling and experimenting with different cuisine.
What inspired me to take Golf? : I have been an avid sportsperson since my childhood . I got introduced to this game when I joined Callaway 8 years back and the intriguing nature of the sport and passion behind it inspired me to continue.
Dream Golf moments : I would add a couple here. The 1st eagle that I got at the 18th hole at the old Palmer course at DLF and a hole in one at KGA golf club. Both these moments were magical.
Interesting snippets : I have been hit by a Golf ball on my chest when one of my friend shank his drive. Fortunately no major damage was done. However have learnt an important lesson which is “ Don’t trust anyone's golf shot and keep your eyes always open on the course“.
One thing I would like to change about Golf : Making Golf more accessible. Its a beautiful sport and avid sports people should get introduced to this sport.
My favourite Golf ‘totka’/ superstition : Taking only two practice swings , a pre shot routine which has become a superstition and also works well.
